At Patrick, we continuously aim to serve our customers better, quicker and more efficiently. That’s why Patrick will implement – as the first teamwear brand in the world – a fully automated picking system.
Auto Store consists of plastic bins stacked in an aluminum construction. On top of this ultra-compact construction, robots are placed, that fetch the requested items. Automatically, the system stores frequently asked items in the bins close to the top, leaving the less frequently picked items in the lower bins, which gains more time.
The space needed to store our articles will be reduced with 75%. No more time wasted on running back and forth to pick different articles. Only a handful of operators are needed to pick our orders. With this investment, we continue to improve our excellent customer service.
