When can I expect my order?

This depends on the country you are ordering from. An order is shipped on average between 24 and 48 hours on working days after receipt of payment, unless the ordered items are unavailable (see terms and conditions article 2). As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation. This contains the track and trace code to track your parcel. Please check the status of the shipment of your package by using the Track and Trace code in the email or at our Website. Does it look like there is a problem with your package? Feel free to contact our customer service ( and we will find it out for you.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the Track & Trace code to track your parcel.

How come my Track & Trace code doesn't work?

Your package can be tracked from the moment the driver has logged in his route of the day. Therefore, the code will work 12 hours after you receive it.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs?

When you place an order above €75,00 you pay no shipping costs. Do you place an order below €75,00? Then shipping costs will be added to your total amount. Shipping costs depend on the shipping option you choose. An overview of the shipping costs can therefore be found under 2.5.

What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver your parcel to an address of your choice or to a pick-up point near you (available in selected countries only). You can choose between the two options while placing your order. If you're not sure you'll be there to receive the parcel, be sure to choose a pick-up point. This will allow you to pick up your package when it suits you. Moreover, it is cheaper.

  • Pick-up Point: €4,90 (free shipping from €75,00)
  • Delivery with UPS at the address of your choice: €7,90 (free shipping from €75,00)

Haven’t all the items been delivered?

Multiple items in an order may be delivered in parts. We will clearly inform you about this. The parcel to be delivered and its delivery status can be tracked via the track & trace code that has been sent by email or at our Website.

Is your order unexpectedly unavailable?

If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will notify you within 5 working days with a Final Manco notification. We will refund the amount paid as soon as possible to the account that has paid. With the utmost care we continuously monitor our online assortment. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase amount of the article will be refunded within 14 days.
