How can I order?

  • Is this the first time you order on the FLA EUROPE NV/Patrick Teamwear website? Then register as a new user. Do you already have an account with FLA EUROPE NV/Patrick Teamwear? Then log in with your account details.
  • Choose for delivery via a pickup point (only available for orders in Europe) or for delivery at home or at work.
  • Do you have a promo code? Don’t forget to fill it in.
  • Choose your desired payment method.
  • Check the details and then confirm your order.
  • You will now be taken to a webpage of Multisafepay. Multisafepay is one of the most widely used payment methods in Belgium, and our partner for online payments so that your payment is guaranteed to be handled securely. Fill in your payment details and choose "Pay".
  • Within a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and an e-mail from Multisafepay confirming that your payment has been successful.

Did my order arrive correctly?

As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided. When your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing the track and trace code. With this code you can track your parcel until it is delivered.

What a pity that the item you want is no longer in stock! On the product page of this item you can sign up for an ‘’out of stock’’ notification. If you sign up for this, you will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

  • Click on the desired size of the item.

Can I reserve items?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve items. Items remain available to everyone, even if you have placed them in the shopping cart. It is therefore possible that the items you have in your shopping cart may disappear during your shopping because they are no longer in stock. If you want to be sure of your purchase, we advise you to order the item directly.
