General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FLA EUROPE NV/Patrick Teamwear, a limited liability company under Belgian law and with a share capital of 1 000 000 € with its registered office at Lindestraat 58, 9700 Oudenaarde registered with RPR Oudenaarde under the number BE0420.212.809, and the Customer who places an order via our website https://www.patrick.eu/. By placing an order on one of our products, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 1. Price and shipping costs

The stated prices are unit prices, including VAT at the applicable rate and excluding processing and shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time. Orders are subjected to the prices stated on the website at the time of ordering.

Shipping costs are at the expense of the Customer and the amount invoiced depends on the amount of the order, the number of items ordered, and the chosen delivery address. This amount is indicated on the delivery note and the Customer is informed of this amount before confirming his order on the Website.

Article 2. Order

You can place an order via our Website. We may cancel an order if the goods ordered are unavailable for any reason. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid by you within 30 days following the notification of cancellation of your order.

If you want to place an order through the Website, you must first create an Account. Only if you are clearly identified as a user by entering your user name and password (as created on our Website and which are strictly personal) you can place an order.

You are responsible for the correctness of the entered data. FLA EUROPE NV/Patrick Teamwear can in no way be held responsible for errors caused by data entered by you. Administrative costs may be charged for the correction of invoices.

By ordering on behalf of a sports club, the buyer declares to be formally authorized to place this order on behalf of his / her sports club with the registered email address. The buyer is responsible for any misuse by other persons with these data.

Each order implies that you accept the prices and product descriptions as they appear on our Website at the time of the order.

Article 3. Payment

3.1 Private individuals

Each order must be accompanied by the payment of this order (via one of the payment methods offered on the Website).

3.2 Clubs and companies

Club and companies get, after registration and after verification of the registration by our customer service, the option to pay by invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. The option to pay by invoice is only available for clubs and companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Article 4. Shipment

An order is shipped on average between 24 and 48 hours on working days after receipt of payment, unless the ordered items are unavailable (see Article 2). You will be informed by e-mail of the shipment of your order.

Article 5. Delivery

The available delivery options are shown on the Website and You can select the desired delivery option before confirming your order. The delivery time indicated is indicative and we are not responsible for any delay by the chosen carrier. In the event of any delay, we will try to keep you informed but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, value, damage, expenses or expenses arising from late delivery. If it appears that the carrier selected when placing your order cannot deliver to the requested location, we will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing your order.

Article 6. Reception of the goods

You may be asked to sign a receipt upon delivery of the product. You are expected to keep a receipt of the delivered goods for any future disputes in this matter. You agree to check the goods received for defects, deficiencies or visible damage before signing the receipt. In the event that your order is not complete, or if you notice any defects, shortcomings or visible damage to the delivered goods, you must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will consider the order as complete and delivered to you in good condition.

Article 7. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

7.1 Information concerning the right of withdrawal

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. The revocation information shall only apply to consumers, i.e. natural persons, who conclude a legal act for purposes which are essentially neither their industrial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase which relates to the delivery of:

  • products made to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated, and which are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision made by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person
  • products which spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life
  • products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery
  • products which, by their nature, have been irrevocably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of purchase, but whose delivery can only take place after 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which you have no influence
  • audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery
  • newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of a contract for the regular supply of such publications (a subscription)
7.2 Model instructions for revocation

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last item of goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FLA Europe NV/Patrick Teamwear, Lindestraat 58, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement by e-mail (info@teamunited.eu). You can use the model revocation form below (7.4), but you are not obliged to do so.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

7.3 Effects of withdrawal

If you revoke the contract, you will be refunded all the payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within and in any event no later than 14 days, after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the contract. We will reimburse you by the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods immediately, but in any case, no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate to us (FLA Europe NV/Patrick Teamwear, Lindestraat 58, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium) that you decide to revoke the agreement to return or hand over. You will be on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. If you have ordered the goods to be returned via our Website, you can make use of the return options offered via our customer service without obligation. The price of a return label is 5,90 €.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

7.5 End of model revocation form

We recommend that you follow the instructions on the return form (on the back of the delivery note) and that you fill in the return form (or a copy) and attach it to the goods. This is not mandatory, but it will make it easier for us to identify and process your package.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods (where possible).

You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The fitting of articles is of course allowed.

Article 8. Use of discount vouchers

FLA Europe NV/Patrick Teamwear may issue discount vouchers entitling the holder to a reduced purchase price, though in absolute value and as a percentage. The discount vouchers indicate the minimum purchase value, the website on which the promotion applies and the validity date. Certain products and certain brands may be excluded from the use of discount vouchers.

In order to make use of discounts and gifts, the user of the Website must enter a discount code. This code must be entered in the field "promo code" at the time of ordering on the Website. If this code is not entered correctly, FLA Europe NV/Patrick Teamwear reserves the right to grant or not grant this discount.

Any credit that may arise from the use of discount vouchers is not subject to interest, will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Discount vouchers cannot be accumulated for the same order.

The difference between the value of your coupon and the value of your order can be paid using the payment methods proposed on the Website.

If you return the goods, the part of the price paid with coupons will not be refunded.

Article 9. Warranty

We guarantee the usefulness and virtues of the product. For this reason, the legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. This means that an article must be in good condition and must function properly under normal use. If you receive an article where this is not the case, we will provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible. You can contact our customer service via info@teamunited.eu. If the product is defective due to a production error, this is covered by our warranty and the amount due will be refunded/refunded as soon as possible.
